Birmingham Business Park is the most established out of town office park in the midlands. Located close to Junction 6 of the M42 less than 3 miles from Birmingham international Rail, Airport and Nec.

Set within 148 acres of mature parkland. The Park provides 1.9 million sq ft of high quality office space and is home to over 100 occupiers including EE, Beiersdorf, Aero Engine Control, Fuitisu, IMI, Changan Motors & Rolls Royce.

The Park is a secure managed environment benefitting from 24/7 on-site security, ANPR & CCTV. Excellent IT connectivity is present with BT & Virgin the main providers.

The Park has one entrance via a roundabout and this causes numerous traffic jams making it very difficult to do business in the Park. If there is an event on at the NEC then the business park becomes a car park and nobody can get in or out.
