Black Gaming, LLC is a casino holding company that owns the CasaBlanca Resort and Virgin River Casinos[1] and the Virgin River Convention Center,[2] the former Mesquite Star Hotel and Casino.[3] All of the company's properties are located in Mesquite, Nevada. The company headquarters are located in Summerlin, Nevada.[3] The company also owned the Oasis resort in Mesquite.

History

Black Gaming is owned by Randy Black Sr.[1]

In 2006 the company reorganized so that the casinos were owned by the wholly owned Virgin River Casino Corporation.[4]

In December 2008, Black Gaming announced the partial closing of the Oasis Casino,[5] with only the time-share units remaining. The casino was demolished in 2013.
