The blue-faced rail (Gymnocrex rosenbergii) or bald-faced rail is a species of bird in the family Rallidae. It is endemic to Sulawesi, Indonesia.

Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist shrubland, and rivers.

It is threatened by habitat loss.
