The Blue Sky Tower is located in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. The skyscraper consists of a steel and glass structure with a curtain wall made of blue colored glass.

It is used as office space, conferences, a hotel and as a living space. The hotel has 200 rooms, 12 suites, rooms for conferences and other events, several restaurants, and garages.

It is 105 metres (344 ft) tall.

In 2006 construction of Blue Sky tower (hotel) started. in 2008 construction was halted due to the presidential election. At the end of the election, construction resumed. In 2009 construction of the Blue Sky Tower had been topped-out.
