Bluebeam, Inc. is an American software company founded in 2002 and headquartered in Pasadena, California, U.S.A with additional offices in Chicago, Illinois, San Diego, California and Manchester, New Hampshire.[1] The company specializes in designing tools for creating, editing, marking up, collaborating and sharing PDF documents.[2] Their main product is Bluebeam Revu, an alternative to Adobe Acrobat.[3]
In October 2014, Bluebeam was acquired by Nemetschek for $100 million and the company's software has more than 1.2 million users.[4][5]

Bluebeam Software’s products include:
- Bluebeam Revu for PDF creation, markup and editing.[6] Revu is available in three editions: Standard, CAD and eXtreme.[7] All editions include Bluebeam Studio for online collaboration.[8]
- Bluebeam Revu iPad for PDF markup and editing on the iPad.[9]
- Bluebeam Vu for PDF viewing on Windows and the iPad. Vu for the Windows platform includes Bluebeam Studio for online collaboration.[10]
- Bluebeam Vu iPad, a complimentary iPad app for PDF viewing.[11]
- Bluebeam Q is an enterprise, server-based solution for companies that want to centrally control and automate PDF publishing and processing.[12]
- Studio Server is a server-based solution for firms that want to use Bluebeam Studio to collaborate and share information in a locally hosted environment.[13][14]
- bFX integrates Bluebeam Revu with online project management systems, plans rooms and websites.[15]
