Bogdan Kowalczyk (born August 12, 1946 in Warsaw) is a former Polish handball player who competed in the 1972 Summer Olympics.

In 1972 he was part of the Polish team which finished tenth. He played two matches.

He was the second coach of Iceland national handball team and lead them to victory in the 1989 World Men's Handball Championship of B teams.
