Bonowice [bɔnɔˈvit͡sɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Szczekociny, within Zawiercie County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) west of Szczekociny, 30 km (19 mi) north-east of Zawiercie, and 70 km (43 mi) north-east of the regional capital Katowice.
