"Born to Roll" is a single by Masta Ace Incorporated that appeared on both their debut album, SlaughtaHouse and their second album Sittin' on Chrome. Group leader Masta Ace was the sole performer of the song. It was produced by Ase One.[1][2][3][4]
The song was actually the West Coast remix of "Jeep Ass Niguh", which appeared on the groups 1993 debut album, SlaughtaHouse, with "Born to Roll" appearing as a bonus track on the album. It became Masta Ace's biggest and only hit, peaking at number 23 on the Billboard Hot 100 and also at #5 on the Hot Rap Singles chart. The success of the song lead it to be included on the group's second album, Sittin' on Chrome.
