Byrrhus is a genus of pill beetles in the family Byrrhidae. There are at least 30 described species in Byrrhus.[1][2][3][4]
The correct date for this genus is 1767 [5] (#195), as it was not listed in 1758.[6] B. pilula (Linnaeus, 1758) was listed under the genus Dermestes in the 10th edition (#18).
