C. M. Chang or Chongshen Mongkosungkum Chang (born 1 April 1942 Village Noksen, Tuensang district) is an Naga politician, belonging to Nagaland People's Front. In the 2009 election he was elected to the 15th Lok Sabha from the Nagaland Lok Sabha constituency.[1]

He is a graduate of Guwahati University and works in Civil Service of Nagaland. He is married to Mrs Alemla and has five sons and five daughter and resides at Dimapur.[2]
