CEVA Logistics is a global logistics supply chain company in both freight management and contract logistics with 7 billion USD in revenues. Its head office is in Hoofddorp, Netherlands and it was founded in 2007, as a merger of TNT Logistics and EGL Eagle Global Logistics. In early May of 2018 CEVA had over 56,000 employees working in 17 regional clusters operating from 160 countries.[1][2]

CEVA Logistics also announced plans for IPO in April 2018. Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley have already been appointed as bookrunners, with Deutsche Bank, UBS, Berenberg and HSBC working also working on the IPO.[citation needed] CEVA started trading on the SIX Swiss Exchange on 4 May 2018.[2]

As of May 2018, Xavier Urbain is the CEO and Peter Waller is the CFO for CEVA Logistics.
