Calvin Sutker

Calvin Sutker (May 23, 1923 – April 25, 2013) was an American politician and lawyer.

Born in Forest Park, Illinois, Sutker served in the United States Army in Europe during World War II. He received his bachelors and law degrees from University of Chicago and practiced law. Sutker was chairman of the Illinois Democratic Party. He served in the Illinois House of Representatives 1985-1991 from Skokie, Illinois and on the Cook County, Illinois Board of Commissioners 1994-2002. He died in Evanston, Illinois.[1][2]
