Carlos Octavio Villanueva López (born April 7, 1994 in Uruapan, Michoacán)[1] is a Mexican footballer. He currently plays as a defender for Club Deportivo Guadalajara of Mexico.

Today he is one of the young promises of the Club Deportivo Guadalajara but has played only a few minutes with the first team.
