Carolyn Berger is a former justice of the Delaware Supreme Court.[1]

Berger received a B.A. from the University of Rochester in 1969, an M.A. in Elementary Education from Boston University School of Education in 1971, and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 1976. She was appointed to the court on July 22, 1994, and retired on September 1, 2014.
