Caterina Bianconelli (1665–1716) was an Italian actress.

She was a primadonna of the Italian theatre in Paris, famed for her role as the soubrette Colombina. She played a great part in the history of commedia dell'arte and became the first female Harlequin, dressed in a female version of the harlequin-costume and with the name Harlequina.
