Cautethia carsusi is a species of moth in the family Sphingidae from the Dominican Republic. It was described by Haxaire and Schmit in 2001.[1] It is the largest species in the genus Cautethia, with males having a wingspan of 19.5 millimetres, and females having a wingspan of 20.5 millimetres.
