Centenary Heights was founded in 1968. The school's current principal is Maryanne Walsh, who has been in that position since 2003. The school has recently upgraded the library into a multi resource centre. The upgrade will assist students in completing assignments, provide more computers and internet access, and aid in their studies. |

The main one, is the lifeline hamper appeal. The students donate money or non-perishable food items, which are then presented to the Toowoomba branch of Lifeline for distribution as soon as that afternoon. This tradition is now it its fifth year, and most years the goal is smashed. |
