Charles E. Barnhart

Charles E. Barnhart (January 9, 1922 – June 28, 2007) was the Republican Mayor of Albuquerque from 1970–1971, and a member of the Albuquerque City Commission from 1967–1971.[1]

Barnhart was born in Santa Rosa, New Mexico, and graduate from the University of New Mexico in 1944 with a bachelor's degree in engineering.[1]
