Charles Howard (1823 — 10 September 1908) was an English cricketer who played for Kent. He was born and died in Bridge.

Howard made a single first-class appearance for the side, during the 1844 season, against England. He scored 10 runs in the first innings in which he batted, and five runs in the second.
