Cheoptics360 is a holographic projector. It displays revolving 3D animations or special video sequences inside a four-sided transparent pyramid. The device was developed in 2004 by Dutch engineers and designers from viZoo and Ramboll.[1]
The device
The image is based on mirror reflections. It is made out of steel, aluminum, and glass. It is often used for retail environments and exhibitions.[2] It is known for showing 360° images in any lighting condition. It creates these images by displaying objects in a pyramid glass chamber.[3]
