Chojnica [xɔi̯ˈnit͡sa] (German Knipprode) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Srokowo, within Kętrzyn County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland, close to the border with the Kaliningrad Oblast of Russia.[1] It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) south-west of Srokowo, 12 km (7 mi) north-east of Kętrzyn, and 78 km (48 mi) north-east of the regional capital Olsztyn.

Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (East Prussia).
