Christian Fouchet (17 November 1911 – 11 August 1974) was a French politician.

He was born in Saint-Germain-en-Laye, Yvelines.

He was the French ambassador to Denmark from 1958 to 1962.

He was the French Minister of National Education from 28 November 1962 to 6 April 1967. He was the colonial head of Algeria from 19 March 1962 to 3 July 1962.
