Christian Marc Ringle (born 1974) is a Professor of the Institute of Human Resource Management and Organizations at the Hamburg University of Technology and a Visiting Professor at the University of Newcastle (Australia). He is also co-founder of SmartPLS, a software for multivariate analysis that uses the partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) method.

Education and Career

Christian M. Ringle holds an MBA from the University of Kansas and received his PhD from the University of Hamburg. At various distinguished universities worldwide he was a Visiting Researcher (e.g., Manchester Business School, Osaka City University, University of Technology, Sydney).
