Chrzęsne [ˈxʂɛ̃snɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Tłuszcz, within Wołomin County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland.[1] It lies approximately 3 kilometres (2 mi) north-east of Tłuszcz, 21 km (13 mi) north-east of Wołomin, and 42 km (26 mi) north-east of Warsaw.

The village has an approximate population of 1,200.
