Cieśnisk Mały [ˈt͡ɕɛɕnisk ˈmawɨ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Janów, within Sokółka County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) north-east of Janów, 19 km (12 mi) north-west of Sokółka, and 45 km (28 mi) north of the regional capital Białystok.

The village has a population of 100.
