Sarah Gillow Marshall "Cissie" Stewart (19 July 1911 – 8 January 2008), later known by her married name Sarah Hunt, was a Scottish swimmer who competed in the 1928 Summer Olympics. She won a silver medal in the women's 4×100-metre freestyle relay event and was fourth in the 400-metre freestyle event.

She also competed for Scotland at the 1930 British Empire Games, and won a bronze medal in the 4×100-yard freestyle relay.

Stewart came from Dundee, but she later married a journalist and moved to Glasgow.
