Colin James Holt (born 31 August 1963) is an Australian politician.

Born in Goomalling, Western Australia, he was a community development consultant before entering politics. He holds a Bachelor of Science majoring in zoology.

Holt was a founding director of the community development company, The ARID Group. This work took him to all parts of Western Australia to work with Local Governments, community groups and country people passionate about their town and region.

In 2008, Holt was elected to the Western Australian Legislative Council as a National Party member, representing South West Region. His term commenced on 22 May 2009.[1]

In December 2014, Holt was promoted into the Liberal-National Barnett Government cabinet as Minister for Housing; Racing and Gaming after serving as Parliamentary Secretary to Minister for Regional Development Terry Redman for twelve months.
