Collins Square is a large office and retail development located at 735 Collins Street, Melbourne, in the Batman's Hill precinct in the Melbourne Docklands, Australia.[1]

The project is currently one of the largest commercial developments in Australia, comprising approximately 190,000 square metres of commercial and retail floor space.[2] The Australian Tax Office is one of the main tenants.[3]

Construction commenced in 2010. Walker Corporation[4] is the developer, with Bates Smart as architects.[5] WSP Global performed the structural engineering design of this development. Restoration of the adjacent southern half of the former No 2 Goods Shed is part of the project.[6]
