The New Beauty (Colobura annulata) is a butterfly of the Nymphalidae family. It is found in Central America (as far north as southern California and Northern Texas) and the Northern parts of South America.

The length of the fore-wings is about 36 mm.

The larvae feed on Cecropia species.
