Colombuthurai (Tamil: கொழும்புத்துறை, Sinhala: කොලොම්තර Colombathora) is a coastal suburb of the Jaffna town in the Jaffna District of Sri Lanka. It has been adversely affected due to the Sri Lankan civil war. [1]The popular Tamil Writer Mr.S.E Yoganathan was born in this village. Siththar Siva Yogar Swamigal[1] also lived in this village
