Colostygia aptata is a moth of the family Geometridae. It is found in most of the Palearctic ecozone.
The wingspan is 20–25 mm. Adults are in wing from July to August.
The larva feed on Galium species. Larvae can be found from August to June. It overwinters in the larval stage.
