Connecticut School of Broadcasting has grown to become one of the nation's largest group of broadcast media schools and has maintained close ties to many leading media outlet corporations such as CBS, NBC, CNN, ESPN, and iHeart Media.

Instructional methods

Classes are taught by industry professionals who work in the business and becoming network sources for students and grads. The Connecticut School of Broadcasting uses a seasonal semester schedule, providing 8-week day and 16-week evening classes in March, July and November. The Charlotte campus has an extended curriculum lasting eight months. All schools teach with a hands-on, learn-by-doing approach to help the students adjust to a real world job environment.[3]
