Contributionism is a form of social structure that is built upon the African philosophy of ubuntu. It is based on principles of unity within diversity, and cooperation. Envisioned by South African researcher Michael Tellinger in 2005, Ubuntu Contributionism is a worldwide social movement aimed at creating communities that function without money.[1]
