John Costen Shockley (born February 8, 1942 in Georgetown, Delaware) is a former Major League Baseball first baseman who played for two seasons. He played in 11 games for the Philadelphia Phillies during the 1964 Philadelphia Phillies season and 40 games for the California Angels during the 1965 California Angels season.

He was inducted into the Delaware Sports Museum and Hall of Fame in 1998.
