Craig Gill (born Craig Douglas Gill, 5 December 1971, Salford) is a British musician. He is the drummer of the Oldham based indie band, Inspiral Carpets.[1] After the band's initial split Gill ran a record stall at Affleck's Palace.[2] He has also worked as a club DJ.[3]

Inspiral Carpets reunited in 2003 and are still currently touring.

Craig is currently running musical tours of the Manchester area, explaining landmarks relating to the 'Madchester' scene and Manchester's musical heritage.[2] Craig has published a book ' The Manchester Musical History Tour' is available now from www.empire-uk.com
