Craig Steven Stimac (November 18, 1954 – January 15, 2009) was a Major League Baseball catcher. A catcher at the University of Denver, Stimac played parts of two seasons in the majors, 1980 and 1981, for the San Diego Padres. After his major league career, he played in Italy from 1984 to 1989.
Stimac was found dead on January 15, 2009, due to apparent suicide in the enclave, San Marino in Italy.[1][2]
