Cruel Cruel World is the third album (fourth overall) released by the animated pop group, Prozzäk (Simon & Milo). The cover of the first press version of the album shows Simon and Milo who look very mature, and is very beige. Also, the style looks darker than their previous album covers. Another difference in this first version of the cover art is that Simon's neck, which is usually not there, appears to be. This is 'corrected' on the second edition cover, where Simon's appearance more closely resembles his appearance of previous albums.

It is stated on their website that the two have wound up in a colourless world, where love may not exist.
