Cuauhtémoc Anda Gutiérrez (born 25 December 1938) is a Mexican politician affiliated with the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI). He served as a deputy in the 51st Congress, representing the 23rd district of the Federal District, and the 54th Congress, representing the 31st district of the State of Mexico.[1][2]

He was the President of the Chamber of Deputies in 1980.[3]
