Czarna [ˈt͡ʂarna] is a village in Dębica County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Czarna. It lies approximately 13 kilometres (8 mi) west of Dębica and 55 km (34 mi) west of the regional capital Rzeszów.[1]

The village has a population of 2,474.
