Daniel Stamm (born April 20, 1976 in Hamburg), is a German film director, screenwriter and editor, probably most famous for directing A Necessary Death, and the American horror film The Last Exorcism.[1][2]

Stamm is the confirmed director for the second installment of The Night Chronicles, a trilogy of films produced by filmmaker M. Night Shyamalan as well as being based on an original Shyamalan idea. The film is titled Reincarnate and centres on a jury of people dealing with a case that has supernatural undertones. The film was originally titled 12 Strangers.
