The Right Honourable Sir David Cozens-Hardy Hirst JP KSG KGCHS (31 July 1925 – 31 December 2011) was a Lord Justice of Appeal from 1992 to 1999.[1][2][3] From 2000 to 2010 he chaired the Spoliation Advisory Panel, which advises the UK Government on claims for cultural objects lost during the Nazi era.[4]
