David J. Brenner, Ph.D., D.Sc., is the Higgins Professor of Radiation Biophysics, College of Physicians & Surgeons of Columbia University.[1]

After the Fukushima I nuclear accidents, he advocated for the redoubling of efforts in understanding the health risks of low doses of radiation.[2]
