David M. Gardner (born July 8, 1981) is a Republican Nevada Assemblyman representing District 9, which covers Summerlin South and Rhodes Ranch in the southwest part of the Las Vegas Valley. Gardner defeated Democratic nominee Steve Yeager in 2014 general election,[1] replacing Andrew Martin.

Gardner is an attorney[2] and is married with four children.
