David M. Gardner (born July 8, 1981) is a current candidate for Clark County School Board Trustee District F seat and is a former Republican Nevada Assemblyman who represented the southwest part of the Las Vegas Valley. Gardner defeated Democratic nominee Steve Yeager in 2014 general election,[1] replacing Andrew Martin.

Gardner is an attorney[2] and is married with four children.
