Dejan Karan (Serbian Cyrillic: Дејан Каран; born August 13, 1988 in Novi Sad) is a Serbian footballer who plays for Hungarian club Diósgyőri VTK.

Club career

Dejan Karan is a Serbian football player who played for Serbian Superliga clubs Vojvodina , Javor Ivanjica , FK Voždovac and FK Mladost Podgorica from Montenegro . From 10 July 2013 he signed for Kecskemét from Hungary , where he stayed 2 years until 31 July 2015. On 25 August 2015 he joined KF Tirana from Albania , there he stayed one season. After good season in Albania he came back to Hungary and signed 2 years contract with Diósgyőri VTK . One and half season in Diósgyőri VTK was enough to become standard player in this team and 17 Januar 2018 Dejan signed new 2 years contact with this Hungarian football club.

KF Tirana

On 25 August 2015, Karan signed with the most successful club of Albania, KF Tirana, on a one-year deal with an option to renew it for another year.[1][2] During his presentation, he said that his compatriot Ivan Gvozdenović had told to him "many good words for the club" and that he has heard that Tirana is the best Albanian club in history.[3] He was given the number 5.
