Sekolah Menengah Seg Hwa is a public high school situated at Jalan Tahang Rimau, Segamat, Johor. The school is well known for it's picturesque & breathe taking ambiance. Among the marvels are the clock tower, gigantic stone steps, numerous Chinese pavillion, water fountain & etc.
The clock tower, "Xi Yin Lou/惜阴楼", was a gift/memento from the school 11th alumni. It was built in 1962 with an engraving of a famous Chinese Poetry by 陶渊明from Jin/晉 Dynasty, that reads :
