Diamanda Nero is a fictional character, a supervillain appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics.

Publication history

She was created by John Francis Moore and Pascal Alixe. She debuted appeared in the first issue of the mini-series X-Men: Phoenix, which depicts the early battles of Rachel Summers after arriving to the Askani timeline.

Fictional character biography

In this future, Nero serves as Apocalypse's second-in-command and the ruler of his empire while the mutant overlord hibernates due to his extremely advanced age.[volume & issue needed]

According to the Official Handbook to the Marvel Universe - Alternate Universes, Diamanda is Apocalypse's daughter.
