Dimitris Grontis (born 24 August 1994 in Distomo, Greece) is a Greek footballer who plays as a midfielder for Aittitos Spata.

Career

AEK Athens

On 25 August 2012, Dimitris Grontis made his professional debut against Asteras Tripolis playing for 81 minutes.[1]

Atromitos

On 20 January 2016 Grontis moved to Atromitos, signing a 2,5-year contract. However on 13 January 2017 his contract was terminated by mutual consent.

Iraklis

Three days later he joined Iraklis. On 25 January 2017 he scored his first goal in a crucial 2-0 away win against Veria. [2] His excellent performances helped his team avoid relegation, as Iraklis finished the season with 4 wins in its last 5 games. Due to the team's huge financial problems, he was forced to leave the club.

AEL and loan to Trikala

On 29 July 2017 he joined AEL on a 3-year contract and was immediately loaned to Trikala. [3]
