Direk is a suburb located in the City of Salisbury, Adelaide, South Australia. Bolivar, Burton, Waterloo Corner and Green Fields are all neighbouring suburbs.

Direk is an industrial place, with fewer residential areas. Port Wakefield Road goes through the suburb and to the north lies the RAAF Edinburgh base. A section of the Max Fatchen Expressway was also built here.
