Dolphin Estate is a gated community in Ikoyi, Lagos. It was built by Messrs HFP Engineering Nigeria in 1990 for the Lagos State Development and Property Corporation, LSDPC.[1]

It is the estate where Funsho Williams a popular PDP Lagos governorship aspirant was murdered.[2]

The estate also hosts several hotels like Oakwood Park Hotel, Casa Hawa-Safe Court, Le Paris Continental Hotel and Pelican Intercontinental Hotel[3]
